Laurie Bodisch is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor™ (CTFA™) and Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist® (CFIRS®) with over three decades of experience in various capacities throughout the financial services industry and earned the Series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 63 licenses. She teaches her clients how to develop financial confidence by educating them on how to understand, clarify, save, grow, protect, preserve and secure their wealth and coaches them through the barriers that trip them up or keep them stuck. Her unique experience and expertise give her an in-depth understanding of financial markets and provide her clients the comfort in knowing she’s on top of the regulatory changes, complexities and challenges that investors face today. Her focus on goals-based planning and asset allocation helps simplify the sometimes complicated aspects of financial decision-making.
Prior to launching Her Wealth Coach LLC™, Laurie managed hundreds of millions of dollars of investment assets in client portfolios as well as compliance functions at various bank, brokerage and wealth management firms in Central PA. She is a member of the PA Bankers Association Tax, Trust and Estate Committee as well as the PA Wealth Management Conference Advisory Board. She proudly serves as the Vice-President of the Gatehouse in Lancaster, PA which provides behavioral health services that assist chemically addicted people establish lives in recovery. She’s also served as President of the Board for the Stevens Center (Northwest Human Services) as well as a board member of the United Way of Carlisle, the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce, the YWCA of Carlisle, the Kiwanis Club and the South Middleton Soccer Association.
Laurie has always been an advocate for the personal and professional advancement of women. She dedicates much of her time to organizations such as the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA - Penn Square Chapter, Past President and Woman of the Year), the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Professional Women’s Forum Advisory Board (Past Chair) and volunteered as a mentor for senior high school women through the Lancaster Chamber’s mentoring program. In her previous role as a corporate Vice President, she promoted financial literacy and lead an initiative dedicated to educating and empowering women about money and wealth. She also served as a corporate culture ambassador dedicated to recognizing the outstanding commitments made by her peers to clients and the community.
Laurie was recognized as one of Pennsylvania’s 50 Best Women in Business by former PA Governor Tom Ridge. She also received the Central Penn Business Journal’s “40 Under Forty Award” for her commitment to her profession, her community and her family.
